American Coast Roleplay (ACRP)

Matrix Labs Development (“Matrix Labs,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates ACRP. By accessing, playing on, or purchasing from ACRP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of American Coast Roleplay (“ACRP”), including our game servers, Discord community, website, online store, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).


Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • You may not use our Services if you are banned from ACRP or Matrix Labs properties.

Conduct & Community

You agree to follow all in-game, server, and Discord rules as published by ACRP staff. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

  • Exploiting bugs, glitches, cheats, or automation tools.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
  • Circumventing bans or attempting to manipulate staff decisions.

Violations may result in suspension, permanent termination, and loss of perks or digital goods without refund.


Digital Contributions

  • Payments made to Matrix Labs through Stripe or any other processor are non-refundable contributions that may unlock digital perks or benefits within ACRP.
  • These contributions do not represent ownership of any digital item. They grant a revocable, limited license to access certain in-game or community features while active.
  • All perks, memberships, vehicles, and digital assets are subject to change, modification, or removal at any time, at Matrix Labs’ sole discretion.

Billing & Payments

  • Contributions may be one-time or recurring (subscription). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled by you. You authorize recurring charges through your chosen payment method.
  • Failed payments may result in suspension or removal of associated perks. Restoration is not guaranteed.
  • No Refunds: All payments, contributions, and setup fees are final.
  • Chargebacks: Any chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute will result in immediate and permanent termination of Services, forfeiture of all digital goods, and may be reported to payment processors as abuse.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, scripts, code, and media within ACRP are the property of Matrix Labs or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify our intellectual property without prior written consent.
  • By submitting assets, suggestions, or content to ACRP, you grant Matrix Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use them within the Services.

Limitation of Liability

  • ACRP staff, administrators, and volunteers act in good faith but are not liable for mistakes, enforcement actions, or loss of digital perks.
  • Matrix Labs reserves the right to enforce rules, revoke perks, and suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion.

Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matrix Labs is not liable for lost data, lost perks, technical issues, downtime, or financial losses arising from use of the Services.
  • Your maximum remedy for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Matrix Labs in the preceding 30 days.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Matrix Labs, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your conduct, or your violation of these Terms.


Changes to Terms

Matrix Labs may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent version.


Disputes & Arbitration

  • Any dispute between you and Matrix Labs shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held in Pennsylvania, USA.
  • You waive the right to participate in a class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
  • Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
